TGF trader is mostly intraday techniques so you will find mostly tradingview studies (life license) and as to data you want to have realtime futures there ($6 for cme now on tdv). There are also sierracharts chartbooks/studies mostly in et toolbox, options from et toolbox you can use free data/software. For macro its free data. LT/MT is free data too.
