We have both flows on opposite sides. Dealers are expected to impact the market towards the short side (red down arrow), while at the same time, we have unusual and significant bullish activity from large market participants (yellow up arrow).
Usually, in these situations, the market will react to the downside during the early stages of both the EU and US RTH sessions. Then, between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST, it should follow a bullish path.
